Omboldt Yoga Festival
“Join us for an invigorating two days of purposeful yoga classes, enriching workshops, music, soothing sound healing sessions, and enlightening talks from members of Humboldt’s yoga community.
Omboldt has teamed up with numerous local studios (including Tosha), to curate a diverse group of instructors who will not only inspire but also create a nurturing space for you to explore and grow. From skilled bodyworkers to talented artisans, from soulful music to captivating performances, and from delectable local food to beverage options, your senses will be treated at every turn.
At the heart of the festival lies the spirit of community. Our goal is to break down the barriers that often separate us within the Yoga and Wellness community, encouraging mutual inspiration and shared experiences in both practice and purpose. With deep gratitude, we invite you to delve into stillness, movement, healing, and connection through the transformative practice of yoga and meditation.
Let’s gather and celebrate, let go and heal, create and move! Let’s honor one another, and breathe to connect!”
A very special, once-a-year collaboration not to be missed!

Spring Ashtanga Soundbath
“We warmly invite you to embark on a 2-hour journey of self-exploration and deep relaxation, as you flow through an empowering, all-levels friendly Ashtanga yoga flow followed by a long, 360 degree soundbath shavasana, enveloped by a surround-sound cocoon of healing sounds, dreamy frequencies, and holy mantras.
The rhythmic alignment of breath and movement in the yoga practice complements the ethereal tones & soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, tuning forks, and other sound instruments, creating a symphony that resonates deep into the subtle body. This powerful fusion of Ashtanga yoga and Soundbath gently guides you toward a state of profound tranquility and renewal that will stay with you long after the evening concludes, as we transition into the spring season.
Ashtanga practice will be led by Joey Paz, followed by a long, 360° surround- sound vibrational shavasana, courtesy of a stellar cast of Humboldt’s finest sound healers: Mfon Planter, Jen Madrone, Shemaia Skywater, & Lindsey Harris.”
A very special, once-a-year collaboration not to be missed!
