Join Jenna, facilitator of the beloved “Journey with Breath” experience for a transformative 3-month journey, functioning as a spring cleanse and renew your mind, body, and emotions. This series invites you to breathe, reflect, inquire, and journey deep into your inner world as you harmonize with the natural flow of the season and connect with like-minded community.
As winter's dormancy gives way to spring's renewal, many of us find ourselves caught between seasons—physically present in spring yet energetically anchored in winter patterns. This misalignment manifests as both physical stagnation (such as brain fog, fatigue, weakened immunity) and emotional density, preventing us from accessing the natural vitality this season offers.
Many of us unconsciously store unprocessed emotions and tensions within our bodies and winter's natural invitation to turn inward is often ignored in our busy lives, leaving us carrying accumulated emotional weight into the new season.
Often, we expect ourselves to maintain the same energy, productivity, and mood regardless of season—creating a fundamental disconnect between our internal rhythms and the world around us. These unexplored shadows become energetic dams blocking the fresh currents of creativity, joy, and clarity that spring naturally awakens.
This container is a transformative three-month series designed to harmonize your inner landscape with spring's awakening energy. Through breathwork and embodiment practices we'll dissolve accumulated tensions in your nervous system, creating space for what has been suppressed or stagnant to finally release and be renewed.
This series guides you through the essential spring practices of clearing, cleansing, and conscious release—allowing you to shed the protective layers of winter and access the vibrant life force stirring within.
We will meet once a month for 3 months, in person at Tosha Yoga, for 2 hours to breathe, release, and be intentional with community. Each class is designed to build upon the next—while it is recommended that you do the whole series for maximum benefit, you can join each class separately at slightly higher cos

Month 1 A W A K E N: Sunday, March 30th , 4-6pm
Body mapping & Energy awakening
Rekindle your relationship with your physical body while gently becoming aware of stored emotional patterns and let go of stagnancy. Through an hour-long breathwork session and a guided somatic practice, you'll increase sensory awareness and begin mapping where in your body you may have unprocessed emotions or past experiences that have created energetic constrictions. Be ready to awaken any stagnant energy that may have felt dormant during winter, supporting you to feel more alive, energized with more mental clarity.
Month 2 RELEASE: Sunday, April 27th , 4-6pm
Mental liberation & Subconscious repatterning
Dissolve and release accumulated tension patterns, mental blocks and any unprocessed emotions that prevent your full creative expression and success. Through an hour-long breathwork session and simple shadow work inquiry- you'll challenge subconscious beliefs limiting your creative potential and release unprocessed emotions that may be preventing you from moving forward in certain aspects of your life. This class will support you to gain clarity and re-focus your mind and emotions on healthier patterns, leaving you feeling profoundly liberated to transform challenges into opportunities for growth.
Month 3 BLOOM: Sunday, May 11th , 4-6pm
Cultivating your inner vitality
By this month, we are diving from our body into our mind. The end of this series is really focused on a full body mind RESET, and this last session is about creating the fertile soil and supporting your chi to remain balanced and vital through the next season of summer without burnout. Through an hour-long breathwork session and meditative qi practice, you'll learn to channel spring's vital energy without depletion, establishing balanced qi flow that supports your continuous blooming through summer's expansive energy.
About your guide: Jenna is a spiritual empowerment mentor and breathwork facilitator who has dedicated her life to empowering others to heal, grow, and evolve so they can live more fulfilling lives, one with more dedication, purpose and passion.
She is a certified breathwork facilitator of Clarity breathwork of The Breath Center, a certified Yoga body breath coach, Craniosacral therapist, somatic integrative trauma practitioner, herbalist and healer.
Jenna combines her knowledge of different modalities to create her own unique breathing experience which she calls, “Journey With Breath.” She infuses ceremony, pranayama, meditation into her workshops, and incorporates music to create a deep journey within.
She has been holding breathwork workshops and working 1:1 with clients for ten years and it is through her unique encounters with profound insight and healing, that have fueled her passion to share these powerful techniques with the world.
BREATHWORK CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Trauma: If you have just recently had a traumatic experience (within the last 6 months) or have a lot of unprocessed trauma in general a private session is more appropriate to begin with, due to the fact that the breath can sometimes bring these traumatic events to the surface. However, it is always dependent on the person and their personal journey. Please reach out to Jenna if you are unsure.
Heart conditions: If you have any heart conditions, you are welcome to attend but you must let Jenna know so she can modify the practice for you. Some breaths are contraindicated with heart conditions.
Pregnancy: If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant, it is safe to attend, however, it is suggested that you wait until your 2nd trimester. Regardless of what trimester you are in, please contact Jenna before the workshop so she can alter the breath to accommodate your pregnancy stage.
