If you are brand new to yoga- welcome! Most of us avoid starting new things because we are afraid of looking ridiculous; but we promise you- here you won't be. Come with your injuries, issues, and tightness- it’s okay.
And if you’ve done yoga in the past and know its time to come back to a more friendly relationship with your self- Welcome!
If a class is listed on the schedule it means you can drop into it- just come a few minutes early to get settled.
Our classes are offered on a drop-in basis- no pre-registration necessary.
Wear (or bring) comfortable clothes- (there is space for you to change.)
Aim to arrive 10 minutes early to get settled.
Bring a yoga mat if you like or rent one of ours for $1
Enjoy some tea while you wait for class to begin.
You can rest whenever you need to and pace the class to your own needs.
If you'd like a more thorough introduction to yoga you can sign up to do one of our beginning classes that we offer periodically. You can also schedule a private session with a teacher to help personalize the practice for your body.
