Let’s build strength, through mindful movements and carefully considered alignment.

One of the gifts of yoga is that we can build and maintain strength while also cultivate flexibility in mind, body and spirit.

In this lighthearted class we will build strength by each grunt and shake, awakening our full capacity.

Evening Strength Flow

monday 5:30-7pm & wednesday 5:30-7 pm

with Suzanne

Drawing on the diverse field of yoga and aimed at helping you get stronger and more resilient by moving through challenge.

Based primarily on Ashtanga and Vinyasa traditions but drawing on practices to help joint stability, connective tissue health, and nervous system restoration.

This class is open to all levels and expects you to know how to pace yourself and rest when necessary.

The room is heated most of the year - not nearly to the temperature of a hot yoga class but warm enough to really invite the release of sweating and tissues to loosen

This class will connect you to your breath, your core, your limbs, and your spirit. We’ll move with our breath in simple flows AND find stillness in postures to deepen them with the breath.

Beginner to advanced - this class gets everyone to drop in deeply.

Explore & Restore

This is an all levels class for those who crave the inner space to digest and explore. A great fit for introverts who enjoy ecstatic dance but would like a more intimate, internal experience.

Be moved by the pulse of life and rest in the fullness of who you are.

Energizing Flow

saturday 9:00 - 10:00 am

with Angie

This class aims to assist students in passing through the energetic gate of the “weekend” with a greater sense of freedom through embodiment.

This class serves all levels and will invite you to explore your unique limits with honesty and reverence. We will somatically explore our edges, slough off physical and energetic stagnation, and create space for the spirit to fully occupy the body once again. Together we will study how our capacity to let breath in translates to our ability to let life in.

We strive to leave the mat primed to meet our families, communities, and selves with bright hearts, balanced minds, and grounded bodies.

We close class with a mini crystal bowl sound bath in savasana

All Levels Flow

saturday 10:30 - 11:30 am

with Ellie

Yoga is not about changing who you are, but stripping away all that you are not. It is about becoming more of who you are with each breath and every flow. On Saturdays, we show up on purpose. This all levels flow aims to challenge you, invite in more ease, and to begin our weekends with the joy of yoga.

Sunday Slow Flow

sunday 9 - 10 am

with Suzanne

A class aimed at all levels and all abilities- mostly designed to build core and spinal articulation- there will be few standing poses. This class is suitable for those just beginning a yoga practice or those who are wanting a nurturing way to build the practice.

It is designed to ease you into a gentle Sunday.

Sunday Vinyasa

sunday 10:30 - 12 pm

with Suzanne

Come home to your self with a class aimed at helping to renew what has become tired and dull you so that you can return to a radiant, open heart.

Sundays are historically rest days for a reason- We need time ‘outside’ of time. But in order to rest, many of us need first to move in a strong, dynamic way- to make the friction that melts the inner tension we feel as stagnation and limitation.

More advanced postures will be offered with a modified, accessible alternative.

Step onto your mat and enter the portal- sacred time where the body becomes prayer.
