A year of rhythmic ritual to attune with the divine pulse through yoga asana, writing, and dream work- meeting virtually through Zoom
The Covenant is now closed.
You are invited to join Unearthed: The Covenant of Aligned Living- a virtual container for harmonizing with the cycle of the year through ritual and connection.
We meet on eight Saturday mornings over the course of the year to mark the seasons turning and align with the elegance and dignity of our own rhythm. Designed with the purpose of grounding punctuation into our lives in order to restore the connection to the voice of the inner, truest council. The sessions are meant to be a restorative workspace in which to deeply rest, and to unburden our hearts and psyches.
We will join on the Saturday closest to the quarter and cross-quarter days. We will begin with gentle yoga then move into dream work- working with exercises to center our lives around our dreams. We will end with a short integrating session of yoga nidra- deep relaxation yogic sleep- a guided journey into the mythic space. The culmination of our work is aimed at at grounding our prayers and clarifying what is most central to our life.
Sessions will be recorded. If you need to miss the live-call you can do it later.
You do not have to have an active dream world presently to participate. You do not have to have a regular yoga practice to join.

About Suzanne:
Suzanne has been building altars and leading rituals and ceremonies since she was a little girl.
She is devoted to the disarming power of beauty- to the world of culinary flavor, the spectrum of the emotional scent landscape, and the insistence of poetry to strip us of our defenses. She aims to build containers that foster connection in all forms.
