Join Serena Ahlgren for 6 week workshop into the heart of yoga. One of the most profound teachings of yoga is that innate in each of us is a knowing. Beneath the surface of our yoga practice lies a universe of untapped wisdom waiting to be discovered. The 8 limbs of yoga provide a time tested, well-trodden path that cuts through all the ways our energy is dispersed leaving us in confusion, doubt and restlessness.

In a world of constant motion, the ancient wisdom of yoga's 8 limbs offers a pathway home to deep reserves of calm, clarity and discerning action. This immersive 6-week workshop series weaves timeless teachings into modern life, helping you navigate relationships, find stillness amidst chaos, and discover deeper meaning in daily experiences.

The heart of this journey lies in establishing your personal 40-day sadhana - a sacred practice period known across traditions as the threshold for profound transformation. These 40 days align with our natural rhythm of habit formation, allowing old patterns to dissolve and new wisdom to take root in both body and mind.

Each session includes:

• Deep exploration of yoga's ethical and philosophical teachings

• Asana practice to embody ancient wisdom

• Meditation and breathwork for inner stillness

• Community support to sustain your 40-day commitment

• Guidance in crafting your personal sadhana
