Saturday Mornings with Carrie

carrie-varela-yoga-2-1.jpg

Unravel your week with a Vinyasa yoga practice that is physically challenging, intelligently designed and will help you nourish the full spectrum of your mind, body and spiritual wellness. The class will begin with breath, core work and a slow flow moving toward peak poses and challenging sequences. At the wall inversions are often included in class with appropriate social distancing.

This yoga class is designed for students who are familiar with most yoga poses and transitions (advanced beginner to intermediate practitioner). It is always the goal to be inclusive for all yoga students in class and provide considerations for body type, gender and race identity.
