Spring is upon us- let’s welcome her by opening our voices to allow life to begin flowing again.

Join Suzanne Dunning and Serena Malkani in bringing your spirit back to life.

We invite you to this special afternoon of sound and yoga,  where we will use our voices to release blocked energy and balance the nervous system.

We will begin the session with a gentle yoga practice followed by a vocal activation session, aimed at tapping into the deep emotions and energetic blockages we hold and hide within our bodies. You will also learn simple tools that can be used to help you feel centered anywhere, anytime and any place.

For thousands of years, sound has been used around the world for healing and as a gateway to transcendence consciousness.  Join us and create an important shift from imbalance to balance inside of your body -  reduce stress and induce relaxation.

Working with sound can support people who struggle with:

  • Sleep disorders

  • Anxiety

  • PTSD

  • Depression

  • Pain Management

Note* This session is not a "Sound Bath." We will be releasing energy through exercises that include active vocal meditation and breathwork.

The event will be in-person at the studio for a limited number of people. Please email us at toshayoga@gmail.com with questions. Of course, we assume you won’t attend the studio if you have been ill, unwell, or around unwell individuals.

The event is $27

Please text 707 798 0158 to find out if there is still space in the class
