Come home to your self with this deep workout followed by time to drop in and let go. This class is aimed to completely reset you each Sunday so that you can start your week fresh. Either online or in the studio set aside space just for you.
This is a full Vinyasa flow class. The focus is on cultivating strength as we build heat and move past what feel like limitations. But the aim is to equally cultivate ease and an ability to be at peace within ourselves. Modifications are offered to make the class either more gentle or more challenging depending your personal needs and desires. With a full hour and a half to practice we will be able to incorporate sun salutations, inversions, back bends, hip openers and a deep, long savasana.
Suzanne often weaves yoga philosophy and poetry into the class to help set a tone of reverence for the practice.
