Want to feel your cells tingling with life? The Prana Power Hour is a crowd favorite that is NOT your typical yoga class. It’s a fun change-up to a vinyasa yoga class, with lots of breath and movement, intended to help you meet yourself at the edge of yourself.
Join B on Friday mornings to shake off the week, slough off the excess, and welcome the weekend with bright eyes and a big heart. You’ll begin with energizing breath-work, then warm the body with a yoga flow, before jumping into some bodyweight calisthenics. You’ll stoke your inner fire, reset the nervous system, and begin your day with an energy and swagger that comes from engaging with what’s hard.

With a background in D1 Athletics, physical therapy, and personal training, B teaches classes with attention to detail. Through improved body awareness, you’ll build an understanding of the biomechanics within the pranayama and asana practice to keep you moving fluidly and pain-free.
