Morning Slow Flow

This class is designed to give you time to explore your body intimately and to work with tightness gradually. For this reason it’s perfect for beginners or those wanting to slowly rebuild a connection with self.

We will explore the basics of pose alignment, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation (why we do it and how).

You will be encouraged to work with the intelligence and uniqueness of YOUR body. Yoga is not about adapting to an ideal- but rather gradually uncovering more and more of the radiance of who we are.

The process of walking our OWN path is a beautiful but at times challenging one. Which is why the help of a teacher and the structure of a sadhana *(committed practice), can help us.

All levels and abilities welcome. Come for the whole series or drop in.
