The Holidays so easily pull us into a state of “not-enoughness,“ … There’s something about this time of year that emphasizes all we want but do not have, and all we have but do not want.
Let us practice wanting what we have.

“Gratitude is not a passive response to something we have been given; gratitude arises from paying attention, from being awake in the presence of everything that lives within and without us.”
Let us practice gratitude as a state of being. All levels are welcome! We will build some heat, then enjoy a longer cool down to get into the deeper layers of the mindbody. It will be modifiable to your own pace - move with your breath and let that be your greatest teacher!

With a background in D1 Athletics, physical therapy, and personal training, B teaches classes with attention to detail. Through improved body awareness, you’ll build an understanding of the biomechanics within the pranayama and asana practice to keep you moving fluidly and pain-free.
