Come home to your true self with a deep Vinyasa Flow class led by Suzanne- designed to help you reset so that you can start your week with an open heart.
We will build heat to burn off stagnation and limitation, but with the equal aim of cultivating ease and an ability to be at peace within ourselves. Modifications are offered to make the class either more gentle or more challenging depending your personal needs and desires.
With a full hour and a half to practice we will be able to incorporate sun salutations, inversions, back bends, hip openers and a deep, long savasana.
Suzanne often weaves yoga philosophy and poetry into the class to help set a tone of reverence for the practice.

In-Studio Series:
Please pay what you can afford- you are helping to keep your dollars in your community and your local studio alive! Paying for the series ensures you a spot in the class.

Online Series :
You will be mailed a zoom link which you can live stream and you will be mailed a recording of the class within 24 hours which you can watch for up to a week. (If you haven’t received the zoom link 12 hours prior to the class please email us at toshayoga@gmail.com)
As far as props- you can do the class with nothing but a yoga mat but we highly suggest having a block, a blanket (or thick towel), a tennis ball (or two) and a strap or belt on hand in case you want them.
