Morning Flow Series

Set a tone of health and balance to your life with four weeks of a regular morning yoga practice either in-studio or at home online.

Starting the day with yoga grounds us in our body, our breath, our spirit- so that we can greet our day with our best self.

Often our body is the tightest in the morning and so easing into the practice gently is necessary. The benefit of practicing in the morning is that it sets postural habits for the day- it can literally make everything else flow more easily.

This series is for anyone who wants to start the day with yoga and is looking to build strength and mobility. You will be encouraged to modify to meet your needs.

She trained with Alice Joanou, a Vinyasa teacher in the TKV Desikachar lineage, Leslie Kaminoff of The Breathing Project in New York, Karin Gurtner of Slings in Motion/Art of Motion, Christopher Wallis (Sanskrit/Tantric scholar) and Christopher Tompkins (Tantric scholar).
