This is where we are.
Let us welcome ourselves more fully into now- not just into the reality we are living but into the shimmering world below the limited world of what’s seen. Let us close our eyes, go within, soften to our depths.
This is what is asked of us.
Let us welcome this fecund state of rest- of surrender.
May we put down our struggle and allow.
Honor this last setting of the sun before it is reborn for this new year. In the cloak of winter darkness let's gather and celebrate the return of light - The rebirth of Surya- the Sun! Beginning with a deep, flowing vinyasa class followed by an an essential oil infused savasana and yoga nidra. We will culminate with a deep rest- honoring the peak of the fertile darkness.
Like our ancestors have done from the beginning of time, we honor the cycles and the seasons that remind us of the ever-changing flow of life that we are a part of~~~
Ritual acts give life meaning. They honor and acknowledge the unseen web of Life that connects us all.
Ritual is essential.

In Person: This class is limited in size and we ask that you don’t attend if you have been near anyone who is sick or if you feel at all unwell or if you feel at all immune compromised. Please come wearing your mask and wearing warm layers.
