This class will help you establish a morning movement routine and connect to the places of strength within. A morning practice routine is important- routine becomes ritual, routine becomes devotion, and with that, the mundane becomes sacred. This is living yoga.
We will meet Tuesday and Thursday morning for FOUR WEEKS to orient to ourselves while the rest of world wakes up. We’ll build some heat, get the blood pumping and connect to the heart.
Class starts slow with foundational work and progresses with your breath.

Developing a deeper relationship to movement and your body will not only lead to physical improvements, it will strengthen your patience, discipline, and the ability to focus.
There’s a lot happening in the world right now and feeling strong is vital for feeling capable of handling it. I stand by this.
This is open to all levels but better suited for folks who have been to a few yoga classes before or have an athletic background and know how to pace themselves.

B believes in mindful movement to access the innate intelligence of your body. Learning how to move in any given direction, with grace and strength from one position to the next, is key to navigating life in a meaningful way.
With a background in D1 Athletics, physical therapy, and personal training, B teaches classes with attention to detail. Through improved body awareness, you’ll build an understanding of the biomechanics within the pranayama and asana practice to keep you moving fluidly and pain-free.
