“A bath refreshes the body, tea refreshes the mind. ”
Come join us for a Sunday afternoon tea pomp!
We will gather and share in good company with yoga and the unique flavor of Pu-erh tea. Jess will guide us through grounding movement to expand our awareness. Walker will lead us through multiple tea infusions.
Pu-erh comes from the tea plant Camellia Sinensis and is from the Yunnan province of China. It has been fermented and aged which gives it a beautifully bold, earthy flavor and imbues a heightened, focused attentive feeling.
$25.

About Walker and Jess:
Walker has been serving tea for 10 years. He is in love with the slow process of the ceremony, the heightened connection it creates in ourselves and especially the people it gathers within a community. He is from a tiny island in Maine and now lives here in beautiful Arcata. He's good at naps and likes cats
Jess has been sharing a love of movement and body awareness for over 7 years. Integrating many varieties of yoga and body expression, she is passionate about guiding others to deepen their inner awareness and to move-breathe-live with purpose!
