Join Jess Bell and Cathy French for our first women's moon circle of 2019.

This total lunar eclipse encourages us to assimilate our present circumstances and liberate ourselves from our imagined unworthiness.  The Leo/ Aquarius conjunction shows us where we are holding back on being seen and heard in our wholeness and regality. 

Release self-judgement and allow yourself to shine in supportive community for the first full moon of the year.  Movement, meditative healing, creative writing explorations and yoga nidra will be included. 

Please bring a journal and wear your most comfortable clothes.

Tea and nourishing refreshments will be served.
