Part, Half Day Retreat Series
with Heidi Bourne
Sundays: March 5, March 19
12:30pm - 4:30pm
What does it mean to live a life of non-harming?… How do we cultivate the courage and wisdom to turn towards difficulty?… What gets in the way?
In this series of four half-day retreats, we’ll draw primarily on Buddhist perspectives to explore how bringing our personal and collective ethics to the forefront of our lives creates the fertile and stable conditions for loving-kindness, contentment, generosity and compassion to grow. We’ll look at what supports and develops these qualities, along with the challenges and obstacles along the way.
Each retreat will include:
* Sitting & Walking Meditation
* Gentle Yoga
* Interactive Practices
* Silence & Stillness
Prerequisite: An existing meditation practice or completion of one multi-week course with Heidi. Choose the full four-part retreat series or individual retreats.
Course Fee: Full Series - $195
Individual Retreats - $55 each
