Taking Flight: Building Strong Arm Balances

Arm balancing is a fun and challenging way to lift your yoga practice up to another level. Join Jocelynn in this all levels class as we learn proper technique and efficient alignment in arm balancing. With a strong foundation and understanding of the physics of balance, we can begin our journey into flight.

This workshop is designed to give students the knowledge and confidence in order to achieve crow, side crow, side plank variations and handstands.

$20 in advance/ $25 at the door.

Class will be limited to 15 students- so sign up early to ensure your spot.

Jocelynn Rudig has practiced yoga since 2000 and began teaching in 2008.  She is a certified Yoga, AerialYoga and GYROKINESIS® Instructor. Her dynamic classes dance and flow in and out of traditional and non-traditional poses.. Her focus on alignment and generous assists allow her students to find a deeper integration in the poses and feel confident to try new and challenging poses. She has extensively taught yoga workshops nationally and internationally at various studios and festivals. In addition to yoga, she lovesperforming and teaching Aerial dance. Jocelynn also practices Clinical Herbal Medicine, co-teaches Aircat Aerial Yoga Teacher Trainings, and gives classes in GYROKIENSIS®, Yoga and Aerial Dance.
